PTL is a proven cGMP compliant laboratory, in accordance with 21 CFR, Part 210, 211, and Part 11. Our facility is FDA registered and inspected, and we host over 30 audits per year from the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. While the way we interact with colleagues and clients has changed due to recent social distance guidelines, the need for audits has not.
As an essential business, Particle Technology Labs has remained open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Our laboratory has continued to test samples from many business sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry which remains of utmost importance during this unprecedented time. Our lab has tested materials used for filtration, PPE, and medical use, helping to ensure quality and safety for business and consumers as we maneuver through this pandemic together.
Quality Assurance has always been given top priority at Particle Technology Labs. To make certain the needs of our clients are met while travel and in-person visits are limited, PTL has initiated remote audits. Remote audits give clients access to our Quality Assurance department where they can speak to our specialists “in person” via online conferencing, watch curated videos based on their specific needs, and have access to documentation through a secure portal. These in-depth audits are confidential, and cover every part of the facility, operations and quality systems as if in person. This allows us to continue satisfying our pharmaceutical clients’ quality and compliance needs.
Despite the hardships presented by the Coronavirus to both PTL and our clients, we remain dedicated with one goal in mind: accurate, independent particle characterization test results.
